Principal: Dr. Steven Archer

Dr. Steve Archer became principal at Union Chapel Elementary starting with the 2008-2009 school year. Before that, Dr. Archer was an elementary principal for three years and a middle school assistant principal for nine years. He started his career as a classroom teacher in 1989. Dr. Archer and his wife have six children. Dr. Archer enjoys going to his children's soccer games, concerts and other special events. He also enjoys running, and reading professional books and children's literature. Dr. Archer loves being an elementary principal. He believes an environment of collaboration is the best way to reach our goals. Accountability for schools is high, and he believes it takes students, parents, community members and school staff working together to make sure our students have all the support they need and deserve.

Assistant Principal: Marquis Hall

Marquis Hall became the assistant principal at Union Chapel Elementary starting with the 2023-2024 school year.
